Welcome to another Theme-Party! This time you couldn't make up your mind, so we had three topics in the front row: Granny Squares, Flowers and Bags/Purses. Once again I had to make a command decision, and this time it was quite easy: a while ago, the Granny Squares were tied with "Colorful" in first place, and I had picked Colorful, so I thought it's only fair that this time I let the Grannies have the cup. So, please share with us your favorite Granny Squares: single squares, a work in progress, or a finished project made with squares.
Before you start adding your links, maybe you could give me some feedback: does the new dynamic widget work for all of you, or do you have some problems when trying to add a link? And would this site be more interesting to you if you had the change to vote for your favorite project (which would be featured in the following post)? Or would you rather see a feature which is based on clicks instead of votes? Or do you like the parties just as simple and relaxed as they are right now? Just let me know your thoughts!
Some things you should keep in mind:
What you see is what you get: please link to the specific post where your chosen project can be found (not just your main blog address), and make sure that your post is about crochet and matches the given theme! No shops! Please understand that I might remove links that ignore these points.
Feel free to post as many links as you like - you should really search in the depths of your archives to retrieve your forgotten treasures, this is your chance to bring them back to the surface! :)
You're welcome to vote for your favorite topic (the poll is right below this post). If you've got ideas for new topics, or if you'd like to see one of the previous topics back on the list again, please leave a comment!

Hi Barbara,
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting!! The link is working absolutely fine. I like parties simple like here, because there are so many nice projects and featuring a few doesn't do any justice to all crocheters. Rather, we need to encourage visiting each other which is the objective of any link party but that's again a personal choice.
I'm glad to have found some time to post a link!!n
ReplyDeleteThe widget worked fine for me, too.
It's always nice to see little snippets of other people's crochet worlds and find new bloggers, too.
Thanks,
Sarah x
First timer :) Great party theme! Love grannies :) Thanks for hosting!
ReplyDeleteVery beautiful creations. Thanks for the party. Have a great weekend. Tina
